Buddhist meditation in Coyoacán

Learn how to meditate in our weekly meditation classes in Coyoacán, Mexico City. Each meditation class lasts about an hour and is led by an experienced Buddhist. Each session begins with guided instructions on meditation and the theoretical and spiritual foundations of Buddhism, and you are welcome to ask questions.

Classes are held at Calle de Moctezuma 33, Colonia Del Carmen Coyoacán.
